My Urgent Dentistry

So first of all, I cracked the side off of two teeth and was in horrible pain I called the number and got in touch with the dentist, I got a hold of her and she said she was just pulling out when I called, now keep in mi d this is around 10:00 at night, she said to pull in and park and she would let me in, after she had already closed everything up and locked up she pulled back in opened everything back up and turned everything back on. I see all these comments about nobody being there or not being able to get a hold of her, well let me clue you in she does t not have any help there it is only her and another dentist so she has to take care of all these patients pretty much by herself with no help whatsoever, I can’t imagine running a dentist office by myself so be sure to keep that in mind. She was able to get me in and fix both teeth for me at a moments notice without any help. She did an amazing job this was a pretty intensive procedure that she had to do, it wasn’t just a little bit of drilling and filling.

There was a lot involved and to sum it up there was stitches that were needed, I had called other dentists and they said it was a pretty big procedure and it would take a few hours. She did it in about 30 minutes completely pain free. She was amazing I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist and she was able to calm me down and talked me through the whole procedure and talk me through the literal panic attack I had. If you have an emergency this is the dentist to go to.

She was extremely knowledgeable and kind hearted and did an amazing job I can’t say enough good things about my experience there. Best dentist I have ever seen!!!

*****WARNING****** DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE A REAL EMERGENCY Miss leading information. This is a call center, they lead you to believe they are talking to doctors when they are speaking to you. They lied to me said they were speaking to a doctor and they were not. The call center said the office puts together the speech they just repeat it, They are told to tell you they are speaking to a doctor.

(That is exactly what they said on recording) basicly with this system they can blame each other when something goes wrong. I called at 2 am she told me the doctor said he would call me back when he's done with the emergency he was dealing with. Records show she didn't talk to anyone until 4 am why lie? Why tell anyone I just spoke to the doctor he will call as soon as he is done with the emergency. Rhen when the office opened they call me and then the office member hung up on me and then ssent texts from a personal phone.

The entire system is a broken joke designed to pass the buck to someone else. ******WARNING******** DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE A REAL EMERGENCY.

I am in excruciating pain. I call Monday night to request an appointment for tooth extraction for my wisdom teeth. The Dr took all of my information said to come in at 9 am. Fully aware I am in Painnnnnnn.

Got there this morning for them to tell me they don’t have connections with that emergency side and the dr there could only give me an X-ray that’s all. I drove 30 mins for absolutely nothing. If you are in pain I do NOT suggest this location whatsoever!

If I could’ve gave 0 stars I would have!!! My husband was in extreme pain, I called 4x and every time I called I was told that the doctor was with a patient and would give me a call back..finally got a call back at 8:30 pm just to told that they take their last patient at 8pm! So they’re not 24/7 like it says on Google and the doctor apparently takes their sweet time calling you back.
