They make me a crown which lasted less than 2 years. I went to another dentist's office, I explained everything, he said the regular crown should be under warranty for at least 5 years, a crown should last between 5 and 15 years. The same thing happened with some fillings I had to pay twice for the same filling in two years. THEY DO NOT ASSUME THEIR FAULT!

This place is a great option if you don't have dental insurance or if you need procedures your insurance won't cover. Their rates and terms are extremely fair and flexible. Also, the work they do is excellent, and you never get the feeling they're trying to up-sell you on anything.

Long Story Warning: I got 7 cavities filled by MyDentist Dental Center in November 2023. After that, I was experiencing pain and sensitivity in four of the seven fillings they did. Went back several times to get them looked over the next few months. They adjusted my bite, that did not fix the issue.

On my last visit before moving cities they told me it was my fault the fillings hurt, it’s because I wasn’t brushing correctly. Now living in my new city I got a second opinion of the fillings. My new dentist found a spot in the fillings that was not fully filled in, exposing the tooth and causing sensitivity. That fixed one of the fillings.

I still have three more that cause me pain, my new dentist reached out to the “MyDentist” team to refund the money I paid for the filling that still cause me pain, they refused to admit fault and said I can fly back to Seattle to get them redone. This is why I’m giving 1 star. They are a friendly team, and it’s a difficult situation, but that does excuse the tooth pain and issues I have been dealing with since they did these fillings.
