Tried booking an appointment for my sweet nephew who had no options locally to get braces. He begged me for help. His insurance recommended this practice and I was hoping that I would own getting him through the process and it could be a bonding opportunity for us. I had his social, address, insurance information, DOB along with his dentist offices’ name and number.

Seems like I was on the right track right? Darcy was unfriendly from the very beginning of the call, everything was an issue and she refused to book the appointment because I didn’t know “his dentists FULL NAME and date of last appointment”. She explicitly said “we won’t call them”. It’s sad that with everything happening in the world, booking an Ortho appointment for your nephew turns out to be such an unpleasant experience.

I just had to get an evaluation appointment for 2 of my daughters and my experience was the total opposite of the other 2 reviews. They got both of them scheduled quickly and back to back appointment times for the evaluation appointment and now for the next appointment to determine the plan of action and get the information to the insurance company for prior authorization that is needed.

When it came to the dentist who my children actually saw I didn't have the names of the actual dentists but the orthodontist and staff are familiar with the dental office/group we use Even though we were slightly behind schedule and I forgot to bring the paper referral and x-ray copy from the dentist, the staff didn't behave rudely towards us. They also thoroughly explained what to expect with the upcoming appointment, the criteria for getting the pre-authorization, as well as the likelihood of getting the pre-authorization from the insurance company.

The entire staff from the office people to the doctor and nurse were friendly and extremely informative.

Top notch orthodontist and friendly and caring staff. Highly recommend this office! Great support and progress updates along the way, from the expander to the braces coming off in just a few weeks. Very grateful for the beautiful end result!

Namaste Done

Top notch practice! My older son went through his brace experience here years ago, now my 14 yr old daughter and even myself for a mouth guard (stress grinding is no joke) Dr. Donahue has expert clinical skills and a great personality. He takes time to get to know his patients, explain the process start to finish and makes you feel at ease. And the office staff Christy the OM goes above and beyond.

Every employee that myself and my children have encountered really take pride in their work. Would recommend this practice 110%.
