Terrible experience. Went in for a routine cleaning, rude from the front desk to the dentist. The office staff made me fill out forms on my phone when I arrived that were never sent previously. Then proceeded back to the chair where I was given a consent for for filling/drilling when that was never discussed.

When I had questions regarding the planned filling, I was given immediate attitude and disrespect. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and will never return to this office. Completely unprofessional, do not recommend.

After more than decade of going to this dental office, I now cannot recommend this dental office to anyone for any reason. After this business was sold, it went completely down hill and no one cares about the customer's experience. Ownership is clearly only looking at the bottom line and not at customers' experience. I've had many negative experiences the last 3 years, but this latest experience was the final straw. I was given a 6-month checkup for Memorial Day 2025, which when given to me, I was told that they were open. I received five (5) different texts reminding me of my appointment, and I even confirmed via text, receiving a confirmation text back that my appointment was in fact still on Memorial Day. I went to the office, found it closed, and immediately called the office to find it was in fact closed.

I was thoroughly confused and called twice the after hours operator asking for someone to confirm that they had in fact closed. No one would call me back that day, so I drove home (which is 45 minutes away). I called their next working day (after waiting for someone to still call me) asking Jillian (receptionist) for the office manager (Jackie) and was told she went to lunch and would be back in a hour. I called at 1150. I asked for another senior office manager or owner to call me, and again was told they'll call me whenever they got around to it. No one cares about the customer. Dante's Inferno has a great quote about hell that applies to NaLa Smiles: Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

UPDATE: As expected, after a 2 hour "lunch", Jackie called me back, I started explaining the problem, and Jackie used the old, "I'm not going to be disrespected by you" response and hung up. I never raised my voice, or said any offensive words, and knew this office manager would fall back on this response so they didn't have to respond. I have multiple witnesses on my end who listened because I told them that this would happen, and it did. I guarantee the owner never hears of these responses and gets a one-sided update. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS BUSINESS.

Prior to coming to Nala, I haven’t seen a dentist in years due to fear. From the beginning, the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and understanding. They really took their time to provide exceptional care and explain everything thoroughly. If you have a fear of the dentist, this place is an amazing step toward improving oral health.

On April 30, 2025 I was scheduled for a root canal. I was scared because I was told so many bad things about this procedure. I have to say from the time I arrived until the time I left everyone in the office was so nice and assuring me that I would be ok. The dentist I saw was so nice and he was gentle with my entire process, making sure I was ok throughout.

After waking from my nap, the numbness was gone and I was not in pain. This dental office is great.
