I already had my doubts about this place just from reading the reviews. I called them months ago, the first thing I ask them is if they take Molina Healthcare. They say yes. Okay great, I’ve had a chipped & decaying tooth that I’ve been eager to get fixed, and this location was the only place to accept my insurance. I wait MONTHS to get in here just for them to tell me that they do not accept Molina.

I looked online for dentists that accept Molina and Nameoki has always been one. The front door even says “All Insurance Welcome” yeah right. Such a waste of my time. They need to communicate better.

I went in for a broken tooth. Within 25 minutes I had X-rays and my wisdom tooth pullled. Everyone was amazing and explaining everything that happened. There’s was great with my payment and matching sure my pain was controlled over the holiday weekend. The whole experience was great

Terrible waited 4 months for them to cancel the day of my appointment twice! It’s a joke, caused me to have a severe headache from infected back tooth took X-rays gave me radiation just for them to send the X-rays to another dentist that never called back. That place needs to be gone or replaced with full time working dentists. Older reciptionist woman nice but younger black nurse likes to start fights. Just keeping it a buck.

Just moved here pissed me off thoroughly now I have to go to another location and get another xray due to the wording condition of my tooth from having to wait. I’m afraid I’m going to need a root canal now and I don’t have many left. It’s messed up how little people care

Paid up front for my service to get a partial. Been rescheduled several times I told the dental assistant that I was having problems with another tooth. I was told don’t worry we will get to it later. Later hell. It was in pain. Went somewhere else they fixed it. Had appointment today at 9:00. They call me and said the dental assistant was out and no one could cover My partial is in.

I’m going out of town and wanted this completed. Now I can’t get it done. What the dentist can’t put it in and check it? This dental assistant I guess runs everything. Once I get my partial in I’m done. Won’t go back. Terrible service from this place. Don’t waste your time or money.
