I continue to be impressed with the care and expertise of Dr. Nathanson, Dr. Vail , and the dental hygienist, Julia. The knowledge and expertise of this team, their attention to detail, being keenly aware of my needs, helps this practice be one that I can highly recommend.

There is every effort to ease my anxiety with spa like comfort measure, each time I go, whether for routine exams, or for cavity fillings. I appreciate the complete explanations of what to expect during the exam or procedure. Appointments are never rushed and I have always been seen on time. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Where do I start. Unprofessional, Inept, a Scam. I called asking if my insurance would be in-network and was assured it was. (It wasn't and I paid for it, as opposed to the Dental Office who made the mistake!) I have never had a cavity in 27 years and I walked out of their office with a record number of 11 cavities.

(I went to get a second opinion and was informed I had no issues- I have been going to a Dentist twice a year since I was a child ). (It should be noted I requested they did NOT run a pre-estimate and they did anyways – the pre-estimate total was roughly near $1000, no wonder they wanted me to undergo the frivolous operations!)(One last point, they were really pushy in trying to sign me up for these “necessary” operations – I asked politely for them to stop, but had to become firm with them when they wouldn’t let it go that I was not interested in the procedures. After spending close to 3. 5 hours in a Dental Chair and then to be harassed at check out, I felt like I was back overseas ) I even heard the girls make fun of my laugh in the empty dental office (Yes I could hear you, there was no one else in the place!).

Lastly, for a Teeth Cleaning, they charged almost $400. 00 and it took them over 3 hours to do! It was a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place as all costs!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They treated me like their first patient ever and rolled out the blue and orange carpet for me. From the multiple calls/texts to welcome me and make sure I was prepared for my appointment. To the tour and very through explanations for every team member. To every person knowing my name and history though I sent it hours before.

To the homemade cookie. To the issue I had with my FSA. All of it was handled so graciously and with my care. They are out of network, but I’d be willing to go through the paperwork just to be a patient here. If you’re in their office, tell the Alicia from Chick-fil-A sent you 😉

Absolutley spectacular from the first phone call I made. Stellar staff, from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist. I was so impressed with their kindness and assistance. I would recommend this Dental Office, Nathanson Dental, to any of my friends and family... I give this office a 10/10. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.
