A coworker recommended me to go National Dental Bayside. I decided to give it a try and it was a GREAT experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted professionally and all smiles. Everyone there were so professional and courteous. The dental office was very clean and spacious with an open concept.

They have state of the art technology. I was very IMPRESSED. I am very happy I have found me a new dentist.

The hardest part about finding a new dentist is finding one that won't put you through pain, and when you leave, you are not in pain. Many people would rather not go. So i walked through the door at National Dental Bayside. Oh man, when i said top notched, it's top notched. From when you walk in the door to when you leave the place. Everything you asked for in a place they do. Kindness, professional, "Gentle," etc. Very informative to what they see, game plan for the patient, what your plan covers, of course of your part needs to be to give you up most care possible.

Don't get me wrong, when they work on you, you will feel something here and there. But when you are done, when you dont feel pain after and it's like a wow, we are done, and i feel this good. The professionalism everyone working there has is amazing as well. Let's not forget the place, very well kept. Thank you, National Dental Bayside. Till next time.

My husband and I chose this dental office for our care almost five years ago when we moved to Oakland Gardens. It’s just a few blocks from our home, and the dentist, Dr. Patel, was always nice to us. However, we had a lot of issues with the front desk staff. They wouldn't respond to emails, failed to follow up about our insurance coverage, and never sent reminders for regular cleanings. After I spoke directly with Dr. Patel, I was glad to see major improvements. The old front desk staff are no longer there, and the new team is much more responsive and professional. I also noticed new dental hygienists who seem far more competent than the previous one.

The former hygienist insisted on being called “Dr. ” even though she wasn’t a dentist, which I found misleading, but I didn’t let it bother me too much. What really turned me off was paying $2,000 for my husband’s laser dental cleaning to address bad breath, persuaded us to buy a water flosser for almost $200, and then pay another $600 for a deep cleaning. That experience made us look for another dental office. Some time later, we got a call from National Dental about a regular cleaning appointment. The person on the phone sounded new, so we decided to give it another try, especially since my husband was having issues with his teeth again. We were surprised by the changes. The front desk staff was great, and my husband had a broken tooth removed. Dr.

Patel worked his magic. He felt no pain at all! He even received an implant the same day, and his bad breath was completely gone. We’re truly impressed. Dr. Patel listens to his patients and takes their feedback seriously. He doesn’t just defend his staff. He provides patient-centered care, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and always allows us make our own decisions. We're very glad we came back.
