I don’t know why I had a bad day today in national dental Hicksville. When I got there I was 5 mints early then my appointment I waited there for almost 20 mints. During this 20 mints waiting, this rude guy was cleaning the TV. While he had his shoes on and stand on the chair where patient sit on it.

They should use a ladder to clean stuff. After 20mints I was called by a nurse and went inside. They start the procedure and did for 5 mints, and the Dr and nurse left me alone in room and said they will be back in 10 mints, but they did not show up in 1 hour. They should not make any one to wait for that long!

I would not recommended this place. I had two root canals done, wasn’t covered by insurance and spent $5,000 only to find out two years later by a new dentist that they were both infected and 100% due to bad dentistry. Unfortunately for me one of those root canals was my front tooth and I had to loose it all because of poor dentist work.

I honestly wish I could’ve sued them for what they’ve done to me but the best I can do is warn you to run from this place.

The Women who answered my phone call yesterday February 10th 2025 around 11am was extremely rude and dismissive when I simply asked for MY record of the very expensive deep cleaning I paid 100% out of pocket for. She went on to tell me she isn't giving me the information and it's against hippa law. . . All I needed was a ledger that stated what work was done so I can show my other dentist.

Even my other dentist office was saying this women is withholding information that didn't need to be withheld. Too bad she didn't give me her name but she had a European or Russian accent. I called again to put in a complaint about her and I couldn't even get an office manager on the phone. I just spoke to another employee working the front desk. Do better, I was stressed out to the max because this women was not helpful and telling me false information.

Mind you I received an email TODAY from someone else at the office with the documents I needed. So clearly the other women was on a power trip and didn't care to help me. Glad someone In the office had a brain and sent over the documents to cover up her subpar behavior and unprofessionalism. Get a new receptionist or re-train her she clearly has no idea what she's doing.
