I had a great first experience at NE 1 Dental. The new office is very nice and you can tell that they have good new technology to give their patients the best care. Dr. Benke was very thorough and spent more time explaining things to me than any dentist ever has. The hours are very good for those who work during the day as well. Would highly recommend this practice!

Overall they’re a Pretty Good Private Dentist office! The time and care they took on my teeth was astounding, but maybe even too much time… I don’t think they’re a quick service (1. 5 - 2 hours for general cleaning and check up). Office management needs improving.

I think this comes with the new business feeling, If your front desk person seems hesitant or unconfident in answering questions or general customer service lingo, It’s not very comforting for a “patient” aka client. I will be back, I wanna support small businesses, and think these observations are not cons but business growing pains.

This little dental office was very aesthetically pleasing and had a great waiting area full of natural light and plants. The staff were very professional, compassionate in what they do, and easy to talk to. I’m always a bit nervous trying out a new dentist due to awful past experiences, however, the hygienist and dentist were very gentle with the cleaning and exam.

I also appreciated the later appointment times so I didn’t have to leave early from work. Overall a great experience!

Beautiful and clean new office. Everyone was very friendly and helpful; I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Also, Dr Heins was professional, kind, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!
