Everything about this place is amazing. They have a very kind and patient staff all around the office. Each of them are happy to answer any questions or concerns you have about any procedures or billing.

I feel like a lot of medical practices today just treat patients like a number, but here at Neely Dental I have always felt like they truly care and have their patients' best interest in mind. They probably care more about my teeth than I care. :D

The staff is extremely friendly. Every step of the way they were keeping me updated with it on what they were going to do next. There were no surprises. The doctor sit down with me and explained everything in detail, and took all my questions.

She looked like she was not in any hurry and she was only focused on my care. I do refer patients to this office, as I am a physician. I've never had a complaint from any patient. I wish I could give them six stars!

I have always taken incredible care of my teeth. Lately I’ve had a couple dentists tell me I need a lot of work done, thousands of dollars worth, in fact. I needed to take my elderly mother somewhere to get looked at and since I have always admired the office building in Vandalia I took her there. When we arrived the inside was beautiful, clean and accommodating. The office staff were very patient and kind, as was the dental assistant who took us back to the exam room.

Dr Barton was impressive from the start. She was so very kind, sweet and thorough with her exam. After the exam she sat with us and told us that Mom didn’t have to do ANYTHING! I was so impressed that I made an appointment the following week for her to look at my teeth. She didn’t find I needed ANYTHING that these other dentists have told me was “necessary “. I was so relieved.

I completely trust her. Over the last 3 years I have had to see so many dentists, all who ended up doing procedures that probably didn’t need done. I’m at peace knowing that I have finally found a dentist I can truly trust. I urge anyone needing a honest and wonderful dentist to see Dr Barton. She and the entire practice will not disappoint!
