Terrible rude front staff. If you are 5 minutes late, they will cancel your entire appointment, even if you already paid. Next opening is always 2 months later. Not sure how this place makes money if they continue cancelling everyone’s appointments. 1. They use medical students/interns to do procedures on you.

You are not made aware until you are in the facility. Basically free work while the owners collect high insurance premiums. 2. Front staff does not help with billing and always you redirects you to a billing phone number (which is never attended). Blame/responsibility is always shifted to someone else who is never there.

Dr. Adams and Dr Luis Cordoba are amazing! Im with Dr Cordoba right now who I adore and hes got such great bedside manners and he's just really good person and he is an excellent dentist, love working with him which I just started this approx. 10 mos. He's so sweet and great at his job! Prior to that was Dr. Adams and he was also very awesome, thorough and very professional. extremely helpful in getting my mouth cleaned up over the course of a year 1/2.

. consistent and reliable dental expertise from them both! Ive had cavities filled and cleanings, x-rays. . anything thing you need in general dentistry. They're office staff are so nice, and one girl i was one first name basis and she always took care of any additional things i needed, admin type stuff. Such a pleasure to work with, everyone here really! .

. and the dentist can be scary but they are NOT scary at pacific tower dental, which is relieving! One of the dental assistants happened to be one of my acquaintances in my social circle from Maryland from 10 years ago! small world! great people! you'll love this place and especially Dr. Cordoba and Dr. Adams!

I only had one experience with this neighbor care site in dentistry. It was awful. I had a extremely painful tooth that needed to be extracted immediately. I waited all day long from 8:00 a. m. Until 4:00 p. m.

in the lobby with my service dog in severe pain and finally saw the dentist. He made a big production as to the fact that this was just an introductory appointment and he needed to make a secondary appointment to discuss what to do about the tooth in question. The first appointment was absurd because it didn't deal with anything at all. He was pretentious and uninterested my problem or pain and more interested in overbilling unnecessary appointments to my Medicare insurance. I am disabled and I specifically told him that he is taking advantage of Medicare patients and over billing Medicare for unnecessary appointments that don't even address what is going on, let alone a treatment plan, let alone and emergency appointment, let alone and emergency extraction. I would have been better served with a pair of pliers on the street corner then I was at his office. In addition to everything else, he seems to night like Caucasians at all.

I got the impression key was interested in appearing to work than actual work. I was able to receive emergency dental work the next day at an actual dentist office who performs dental procedures. I will never use neighborcare dentist or this specific site ever again in life. Thank you.
