I had a dental appt in Wednesday @4. I had to renew my sliding scale app, which I brought with me & proof of income. There were 2 women at the check in desk. I gave her my papers, and was told to go to Desk 5, billing. I did, but billing was gone for the day. I went back to check in & asked if she could pls make a copy of my income. She was definitely bothered by this & ripped the papers out of my hand.

The other woman at the desk saw all of this, as I asked her for the office mgr's name. When she came back with my paper, she didn't copy it correctly, as my name was missing. She then was going to rip my original proof of income in half. I asked her not to rip it. She flew out from behind the desk in a huff went down the hall. Then came back for my ID. I was told I should have been told to come in 15 minutes earlier to take care of this.

I told her, I'm sorry if I've inconvenience her. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at check in, until now. I'm sure she was aggravated because it was time for her to leave for the day. How I was treated was unacceptable. If you can't control how you react, you shouldn't be working there. Openly rude, unprofessional, lack of self control.

I was very happy with my decision to have them as my primary Dr. My physical today was done with care. The staff was awesome from the moment I stepped into the building. My Dr Rebecca Stichi is highly recommended.

Went today with my daughter. Was in tooth pain. We saw Dr. Saucer, she was kind and helpful. The dental hygienist we saw was also very kind and helpful. Would recommend this place to others.
