This was my first visit to this office, Sandy and Melissa were amazing! Melissa walked me through everything and explained in great detail why and how she was doing everything. Sandy was awesome at explaining my treatment plan and insurance coverage. I am normally very anxious about going to the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable.

Definitely recommend! Thank you ladies for making it easy.

This was my 1st time visiting this office. I had a consultation for cosmetic dentistry and Dr. Ali was very thorough in explaining the process with 3D graphics before I made my decision. I opted for the bonding process which changed the esthetics of my smile.

Even when I was completed with the process, I was able to go back and have minor adjustments made until I was satisfied overall. The staff was really nice. 5 stars just for my 1st time experience there.

The Hygienists were very gentle & knowledgeable of their job. The two front office girls, Sandy & Lori were very nice! Great experience there! However, I had to return the following day for a filling. This was the worst experience ever. I am a new patient there and thought that I was going to be treated with dignity. Instead Dr. Ali was very rude & unprofessional to me. He never explained what he was going to do. He just appeared in the room and started the procedure in my mouth. I have never felt this violated at a Dentist office in my life.

He literally spoke to me as if I was his child. He said open your mouth and stop moving if you want to get out here on time before I have to give you a root canal……. What??????? I wanted to run out of there but couldn’t because I was already in too deep. Never told me what he was going to do. Injected my gum and the buzzing noises scared me. When he was done, he left the room and I didn’t even know he was gone. I had to ask the assistant, “is he done?” She said yes! literally left there in tears. I am never stepping foot in there again! I had a filling done and what he did was all different. I never had a piece of exercise elastic/resistance band put over my mouth.

I told the assistant that I have shortness of breath and she cut holes in it for me. Also, they had a circular wheel type thing put in my mouth to bite on so that my mouth wouldn’t close. I removed it because I couldn’t breathe. Dr. Ali told me to stay quiet & stop moving. The assistant firmly said “ that has to stay there” I said I can’t breathe. TORTURE!!!! They have lost me and my daughter as patients. Still very very upset!!
