I was a loyal patient at this dental office for seven years and always had a great experience with the dental hygienist. However, my last experience left me extremely disappointed. I came in specifically requesting composite bonding to replace my old bonding, but instead of discussing my options, they pushed veneers and never even mentioned composite bonding as a possibility. When I insisted on bonding, they went through with the procedure—but the final result was much more yellow than my previous bonding, which had lasted 14 years.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they told me that was the whitest they would go, despite the fact that my previous bonding had been noticeably whiter. It has now been three years, and after consulting multiple other dentists, I’ve learned that they absolutely could have provided a better result and my teeth are even more yellow. I feel like I was not properly informed of my options and that my concerns were dismissed and I was given poor service. While I appreciate the years of good cleanings, I can’t recommend this office for cosmetic work.

If you’re looking for aesthetic treatments, I strongly suggest seeking out a provider who truly listens to your preferences and offers a full range of options and positive lower cost service.

I have to say that in all my 62 years I have never had dental service/care like I did today! Wow am I impressed from the front desk to my hygienist Erin to Dr West. All were kind, and patient with me and crystal clear about my options going forward! I highly recommend New Brighton Family Dental!!! And this review is coming from someone with great dental anxiety! Great experience!!
