Dr Waters is good but the power billing is crazy. And they can’t explain why you are given a print out saying your insurance will pay everything (I have two insurances) then they want $1500 six months later. “IN NETWORK “ mean nothing to the billing manager here.

I would recommend this dental practice only if you enjoy being billed more - as in at least 5 times more - than you were quoted when having the service. Was quoted about $70 when sitting in the chair for a service that was not even the reason I was there. . . . . .

. and then got a bill for an ADDITIONAL $370. They SAID they contacted my insurance company to get their portion, but obviously all they care about is getting their money. Heck, they get more $$ from an individual than from an insurance company anyway - so it benefits THEM for a PERSON (me) to pay instead of my insurance. I disputed the charge and they gave me 10% off as a "courtesy" ----- talk about a kick in the teeth. STAY AWAY - unless you want billing frustrations and like being overcharged and oversold.

First, I want to say they don't really care for their patients it's all about the money. I think there were 15 teeth that were supposed to be removed, which 3 are still in my mouth. They then told my husband to rush me to another hospital. Oh yea, I almost forgot I was heavily sedatedblood all over my shirt no gauze. No one called me on the phone anytime after that day, and they texted my husband.

This is crazy how you Dr Waters allow your patients to be treated in this way all the other doctors who saw me the day of that so called surgery unexceptable. . U made sure to get your money up front for trouble work. May 15 was the day of procedure, smh Wendy Where was the ambulance???
