The service and staff were knowledgeable. The only problem was when it came to billing. I signed an invoice for the procedure and paid the bill, then received a second bill for double the amount two months later. The dentist said it was my problem not theirs.

I decided it was too much of a headache, paid the bill, and cancelled the appointments for my family in the future. The dentist has unprofessional accounting practices.

Moving to the area, I needed to find a new dentist. How convenient to be located only blocks away. The interior was bigger than anticipated with modern amenities compared to my former dentist's office. She was very welcoming and could put the most nervous patient at ease.

Two stars because the receptionists and hygienist were very friendly, and good customer service deserves to be recognized. Unfortunately, the dentist was so unpleasant I can't bring myself to give another star. This was my first visit to this office. The dentist did not introduce herself so I can't even say who she was.

Without discussing my history, she took a quick look at my teeth, took x-rays, and then declared I needed fillings on most of my teeth and one (possibly two) root canals. I expected to need some work done, as I usually do. However, I was not expecting the amount or extent of work she told me I needed. She was unsympathetic when I tried to explain my medical history and what my previous dentist had told me about some of the stains on my teeth.

Her tone was accusatory, demeaning, brisk, and she essentially brushed off anything I tried to tell her. Needless to say, I sought the opinions of two other dentists. Both dentists said the extensive work this dentist quoted was aggressive, unnecessary, and some of it would cause further damage in the long run.
