This place is horrible don’t recommend this place even on my enemies cause no one should stuffer here. Where do I start first off they are so unprofessional and unorganized from what I have realized there’s no communication no teamwork and it feels like a joke being there and on top go that there’s new front desk staff every week because no one can last a week there so it’s also not a good work environment to be there.
I was there for a cleaning a few months ago and I almost had to wait 2 hours for that even though I made a time appointment and everything and once I get there they say that it depends on first come first serve but they also expect walks in so it doesn’t make sense . So save yourself the time and go somewhere way better it’s not even worth it

dr sho's assistant is the most incompetent and useless woman! First she calls me yesterday to inform me that i have an appointment for today at 11 a. m. to which I told her that I cannot because I have to work that if it is possible to have my appointment at 9 a. m.
and she sayid YES, Today I arrive at dr. Sho’s Office at 8:50 am and it is 10:30 am and he hasnt seen me because she was not able to make my appointment at 9 as she offered me the day before, so why she offered me an appointment at 9 if is not possible?!, I wasted my time due to his incompetence and I couldn't see the dr because I have to go back to work. !

I called off work to come here and sat for an hour just for the receptionist to come up and say the doctor is not taking more patients for today without even rescheduling appointments

By the far the worst dentist facility I ever encountered in my life. I literally made an appointment two days prior. I was scheduled at 10am appointment got here ON TIME. I literally didn’t get called to the back until 1pm.
They proceeded to take Xray then the lady said the dentist was on lunch this was at 1:10pm the dentist didn’t get to me until 2pm! In which she did apologize but still I’m not getting paid to do a shift at this place why am I here so LONG! The front desk receptionist was so dismissive and rude. Oh yeah all the workers are Hispanic so if you’re Black like I am, plz go else where. You are not important to them!! I would never come back here
