My first appointment wasn’t even on the books. I rebooked and as I was waiting in the lobby area I could hear the doctor lamenting about all the chairs/equipment that was non functional. My exam revealed that I needed a root canal. Even though I had several other procedures to consider I was given a referral and prescriptions and sent on my merry way. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Since Covid, walked in to local New You Dental for a random cleaning, and now going on 5 consecutive years of improved dental health, initial crownings and maintenance. Very informative every visit and even have contributed dental supplies for donated high school hygiene kits. Very welcoming.

Numbers Numbers

Since the first appointment, this dental hygienist has made backhanded comments and behaved unprofessionally. I have visible scars and premature white hair, and I’m only 25. People often react to my appearance — whisper, stare, or make comments — and the staff here were no different. Instead of focusing on patient care, he seemed insecure and reactive, possibly due to low self-esteem. It showed in how he spoke and carried himself. From the very first visit, he kept trying to make political comments — mostly about Palestine — without any prompting.

I never spoke to him or engaged in any conversation. I don’t talk to strangers and generally respond with short, polite replies to avoid unnecessary discussion. Despite that, he went on long-winded rants — about war, about people “having it hard,” as if he needed to prove something. It became clear this wasn’t about the news or current events — it was personal, misplaced, and completely unprofessional. He was treating me like someone he met at a bar, not a patient in his chair. I stayed calm and neutral every time, but he kept pushing.

Honestly, I chalk it up to insecurity. Maybe people like that exist — people who feel the need to assert dominance through passive aggression. But this wasn’t appropriate, and it wasn’t okay…. . PS- everyone in there is lovely — AA

Very professional staff, clean building, very friendly. Did a great job with my deep cleaning today. Have been getting compliments all day on how white, clean and beautiful my teeth are. Can't wait to go back soon in a few months for another cleaning.

So happy to have found such a nice friendly processional dentist office. Definitely would recommend anyone who's looking for a great dentist office to check out New You Dental. They have excellent dental staff and are very professional.
