I took today my 11 years old son from school and brought to dentist appointment to New You Dental Center for a first time . I was very worried that he will be afraid to remove his few teeth before his orthodontist appointment. Cant believe that my son handle everything perfectly, no pain ,no crying and tantrums.

All dental team was absolutely amazing and super sweet !!! The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful! He done great job for my sensitive boy. I will recommend 100%

Lady at the front was incompetent and wasted our time, she told us over the phone you guys had a service we needed done, after a 40 minute drive we’re told that it’s not done at that location. The black lady there had terrible customer service skills, her attitude was gross.

I was trying to tell her the positioning for the x ray was off and was painful, and she basically told me to stop complaining before fixing it

Called on Friday, I was in the office on Monday . . The entire staff from the front desk Sarah, & Shreya, to the Tonya, hygienist to the Dr. Meyering were fantastic!! I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but they were so gentle, and the Dr. explained everything to me where I could thoroughly understand my dental health . .

I was extremely impressed with this dental practice. Dr Meyerling was attentive, thorough, and helpful. He actually read the pre-visit forms and discussed what I had filled out. I mentioned an ongoing minor annoyance that other dentists had passed off as "not a problem" and he actually took action to improve it.
