My experience at Newagedental was excellent. Meeting the team last year at the first time was a pleasant experience. Everyone was exceptional friendly and competent. I had an implant done which was completed on schedule. Since then, I went back for some more dental work. All my appointments were on schedule, no waiting time. I would highly recommend Dr.Kirill Vasilyev and team for any dental work.

I was in this office for the first time 3 years ago and it wasn’t bad at all. At that time I left a pretty decent review (because I had an ok experience and like other reviewers mentioned I was also asked a million times to leave a 5 ⭐️ review) but fast forward to 3 years later present day ::: This office has become a complete joke — and not the funny kind. What used to be a trusted, welcoming practice has rotted into a greedy, careless mess that only sees patients as walking wallets. The so-called receptionist/hygienist is downright nasty — rude, bitter, and shockingly unprofessional. She treats patients like they’re inconveniences, snapping at people and acting like basic decency is beneath her.

As for Dr. - it’s almost sad how far he’s fallen. Clumsy, checked-out, and clearly more interested in rushing through appointments than providing any kind of quality care. His dismissive attitude is dangerous, and it shows in the sloppy work being done. Prices are inflated, service is rushed, and the entire staff acts like they’re doing you a favor just by being there.

The only thing they seem truly passionate about anymore is running up the bill. This place has become a money pit staffed by miserable, careless people. Save yourself the disappointment — they don’t deserve your trust, your health, or a single dime.

Very clean office. Dentist assistant Natalie is well experienced and professional. Dr. Vasilyev is great. But, office manager Elena has no idea about customer service. Her attitude is not professional. She’s not supposed to face a customers. Very disappointed in this location. I would give 5 stars for doctor, but manager is not worth even one star.
