Not sure why the reviews are the way it is. They are pretty good! I came in for an emergency walk in and the receptionist was super nice and friendly. Everything was pretty smooth and efficient.

I'm very surprised by the other reviews. I've been there 5 times. They do a very good job and take time to explain you what you need. They can be a little late, but I never had to wait more than an hour which, sadly, is usual for dentists.

If you want to wait minimum 1 hour or more then sure. Go right ahead. I waited 1 hour to go in to the treating area. Dr. Injected anesthesia to treat my cavity. Waited another 45 mins but she didn't come back. She was taking care of her friend/family member who showed up without an appointment. Very unprofessional. I waited another 15 mins and left.
