I was scheduled for 9:15 appointment for orthodontist consultation with Mary Grigoratos. I waited for this appointment for 3 months. I was in the waiting room for more than 1hr waiting for them to take me and they never did. I saw people coming after than me and seeing the dr. I was shocked. The Dr.

Grigoratos keep seeing other patient even though they had later appointment. They didn’t even bother to inform me that I should be waiting for 1hr or even more. According to the receptionist there and the nurse there was a patient taking to long but never saw that patient. This is unacceptable for presbytery hospital to have this customer service. They made me pay upfront for her.

I did a walk in on a Thursday morning hoping to get an emergency tooth extraction (my wisdom tooth was impacted and they do surgeries on Thursday morning). I didn’t even wait 5 minutes and they called me to the back. The staff are really nice and Dr.

Abir took really good care of me along with the dental hygienist. I will admit I have had problems with making appointments over the phone (it’s just not possible) but if you go in person to the front desk it’s very easy to make an appointment.

On 4/15/25 I returned for a completion of a root canal, as I was leaving the filling and a small portion of my tooth began disintegrating. On 4/25/25 I returned hoping to be informed of a cap, instead I was told that the tooth is cracked & that I would need an extraction. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. When I questioned the DDS Todd Bruckner, he blankly replied not to question his job.

I immediately asked for a 2nd opinion a person in charge of another area began questioning him about the size of the stems he placed in. Yes they were incorrect. I became distraught, unhappy and disengaging.
