Excellence in Dentistry starts with Dr. Brown of Next Step Dental. She took her time to listen to all of my concerns. I have four titanium plates and 31 screws in my face and I have been plagued with two decades of serious dental issues. Dr. Brown addressed every single one of them.

Extremely upset with the outcome of my visit here. The dentist left me with two holes still in my teeth when I came to get them filled, and afterwards when I pointed them out she attempted to gaslight me and say that is simply where recessed gums would've went and tried to make me doubt myself and feel bad. She literally seemed to act annoyed with the fact I wasn't satisfied with the subpar work she did. I think I know my own teeth, and the holes she left are 100% not naturally occurring; one of which is at risk of even more cavities because of how open and vulnerable she left the tooth. 2 months after my appointment and the hole is very apparent in both teeth, and annoying.

Flossing is terrible, and extremely jagged and rigid in between my teeth and continually gets caught. Charged me $50 extra as well for needing to use "extra to fill" or something, despite the fact they didn't even fully fill in my holes. One tooth they filled feels extremely weird, and uncomfortable like I've got something constantly trapped between my teeth. Out a whole dentist appointment, and going to be needing to go somewhere ELSE to get what they messed up fixed. Absolutely annoyed and upset, do not recommend this place.

Very rude dentist and the hygienist was inexperienced, who seemed to struggle to even floss my teeth. The places she filled feels unnatural, and wrong. I absolutely hate everything about my cavity fillings I got from this place.

Upon stepping into Next Step, I was amazed by the calmness of the waiting room. Decked out in purple with gray and brown accents it was one of the nicest waiting rooms I've been in. I was warmly greeted by the staff and let them know my medical records from my other dentist should be there. They were able to check this out and got me back to do some additional tests. Now, Dr. Chandra, yes, we share the same first name, was just as calm and friendly as the area surrounding her.

She provided some great recommendations and was so kind. Dr. Chandra made me comfortable by taking her time, and she was very professional. Also, she was very encouraging and kind about my next career steps. Honestly, if I did not already have a dentist, she would be my dentist! If you are looking for a new dentist, make Next Step your first and only stop!
