Expect to have the receptionist call and tell you a different appointment time that doesn't match what is written on your reminder card. After you call her out on her attempt to gaslight you, you are either stuck with the new time or you will have to reschedule a new appointment for a few months out through no fault of your own. The office organization is terrible. They do not take into consideration the patient's work schedule or commute when they do this. This has happened multiple times. It's enough of an inconvenience to want to leave the practice for a different dentist.

The services rendered however are great. Dr. Nyguen and the hygienists are fantastic. If this was a review regarding scheduling I'd give 0 stars, but because the service is good I'll give 3 stars to round out my opinion.

My family LOVES Dr. Nguyen SO very much. He is fantastic with my daughters, ages 13 and 3, as well as my husband who "doesn't like the dentist". Dr. Nguyen did an extraction for me several years ago, and several fill ins. Everyone at his office is wonderful!!

The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Nguyen is very personable and takes the time to explain the procedures thoroughly. He makes the normally uncomfortable situation of needing dental services less stressful. I couldn't be more happy with my experiences there.

Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist for 3-4 years. I am treated with the upmost respect and consideration. Their staff is invested and professional. My oral health has improved tremendously. Whereas I used to avoid and procrastinate making dental appointments. I now feel blessed and privileged and look forward to all scheduled appointments.
