Dr. Trinh is nice and pretty concise. The front house office could be more welcoming, detailed-oriented, and organized; 1/2 front desk employees greeted me. 30 minutes after I was taken to the back an assistant was setting me up to take x-rays.

However, on my application I wrote that I am 3 months pregnant, which would mean I am unable to take X-rays for the sake of my baby. Overlooking pivotal information as such implies room for improvement of communication between front and back house of office, considering taking X-rays on pregnant patients can be detrimental. As a former employee of a clinic I do have an expectation of front office communicating pertinent patient information with the back of office to better serve patients. Bridging that gap of communication could truly improve the flow and organization of this office and any other office.

Appreciative of the service of the dental hygienist and hopeful that this office will consider further training to improve the delivery of services to returning, existing and new patients.
