My smile is brighter again, and I'm so happy to know there are no repairs needed. Both the hygienist and the dentist, Dr Norah Hoverson, are both competent and friendly! Friendly and competent team to clean your teeth and check that there are no outstanding dental problems. Dr Norah Hoverson is very thorough and keeps good records from one appointment to the next. Friendly, thorough, efficient, expert care. .

. What's not to like? I had another appointment for teeth cleaning and a review of my dental health with a hygienist and Dr Hoverson. Everything went well and I am very satisfied with the result.

Staff at Nicollet Mall Dental Arts is professional, friendly and skilled. They are punctual with appts. The receptionist is very efficient. My dental hygienist was very thorough, explained the process and made sure I understood the directions for care at home. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking excellent dental care.

This practice has been successfully serving patients since the 1960's. Two generations and then a wonderful practioner took over in the past five years. What has never changed is the warm atmosphere, skilled technicians and top shelf dentistry.

This last visit I had a cron started. Ick! The ick turned to great under the skilled hands of Dr Hoverson and her super hero assistant Shawna. I'm not going to wish a new crown on myself but if I need one I darn sure who I want to do it!

I've been coming to this friendly little office for years, and love the warm and welcoming vibe. I was slightly anxious for my May 2025 cleaning (not having flossed for a month, being busy with grandchildren, who has time?) but my rock star hygienist, Shanna, offered her pitch-perfect patter of travel, life and music. About the flossing, she reminded me, just do it for three weeks (how habits form), and "just floss the teeth you want to keep," You can ask for your favorite music piped into your chair, and this time I requested Fats Domino, whose music soothed two of my little grandchildren.

He's a little obscure these days, but sure enough, Brenda, the front desk master of everything, and Shanna, pulled him up on Spotify, and I listened to Blueberry Hill. Love the vibe of this office, led by Dr. Hoverson, with her personal touch, friendly sense of humor, a thorough check-up, and a conservative and careful assessment of what needs watching and what might need work down the road.

A uniquely wonderful office.
