He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree (B.D.S) from the University of Pune, India, and later graduated from the University of Pacific in San Francisco, California, in 2004. He currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife and two children. Dr. Phen is fluent in English, Hindi, and a Chinese dialect called Hupei.
