DO NOT GO! Scam office. Not only shady billing practices but shoddy work. I had to go back twice for impressions and then a third time because they didn't match the color of my teeth the first two times. Had a temp partial made until my implants were ready. Never wore them because they didn't fit right (never sat with dentist just handed them to me at reception).

Charged me the wrong amount, credited my account and told me I was good. Next thing you know, I get a call from KLS collection agency for $850+ bill. After the first fiasco, I immediately changed dentists. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere! Plenty of great other options in the area.

I had to select at least a 1 star to submit this. I would have given a zero if I could. I should have looked at the reviews first. I made the mistake of going there for a simple cleaning. So many things wrong here.

In the end I need a real dentist to fix what this person broke. I have been calling for two weeks now to speak to the office manager. She is never there, and not returning my calls. Miraculously nobody else that works there knows who the owner is, and there is nobody else to call. Stay away from this practice! Even for a simple cleaning, NO!

Going to the dentist is already nerve wracking enough but then add on unprofessionalism made my experience almost unbearable. For starters, I already stated on the phone that I am coming in for a cleaning and I do not want an x-ray, just need a cleaning. On the day of appointment, I had to wait over 40 minutes to get called to the back. Was not told an update at any point. When the lady called me back, she wanted me to have an x-ray and I stated no, I am pregnant.

She had to talk to multiple people while I waited in the hallway so they could figure out if they could work with me. They asked me to call me OB to get an approval, but I personally did not want an x-ray while pregnant and I came in for a cleaning. By then, it is already an hour past my appointment. The dentist had to come in, ask me why I didn't want an x-ray once again, checked my teeth and agreed that they could do a cleaning without x-rays. Then the hygienist comes in, ask me why once again, observes my teeth and agrees with a cleaning but stated that I need to come back another day unless I wanted to wait ANOTHER 25-30 minutes because the patient after me was already there and is waiting for her.

I work in the health field and fully aware of providers running behind and professionalism. Making your patients wait without checking on them, making your patients feel unheard repeatedly, and making your patients feel unimportant is why I will not be going back and why I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

This is review is for the Holly Springs, NC office. Very sad, because I really liked my Hygenist and Dentist. My appointment was canceled right out from under me the day before my cleaning. When I called to reschedule the appointment, I tried calling 14 times over 8 hours. Nobody ever answered the phone. I couldn't leave a message because their voicemailbox was always full. I also sent an email message.

. . no response. I even called and pressed the #1 on the phone tree for an emergency. A lady answered that had zero clue or ability to reach the Holly Springs office. The only way I could have reached them is to drive to their office on one of the only days they are in the office (3 days a week). I have never in my life experienced such awful customer service with a Dentist.

Please read the other reviews. . . they fully support my experience. I would recommend, based on my experience to never go to this office. I have since found an outstanding Dentist office who actually believes in helping the patient.
