It was difficult to find a new dentist , so I was referred to Niles Dental and Dr Casio made my experience very pleasant. He is very down to earth , honest and explains everything to you . I have a lot of dental anxiety and Dr Casio worked with me and my procedure was quick and painless .

Also if anyone has fear of the numbing part of the procedure, he did a fantastic job of numbing my upper wisdom tooth. The staff is friendly and they are in network with my insurance , so that helps financially.

I went there back in December, and as soon as I walked in, I knew the place was a mess because they told me over the phone my consultation will be free. When I got there, they had zero information about me or the insurance, which was so weird because I gave them all the info over the phone. It took them about an hour to check me in, only to tell me the cleaning wouldn't be covered. I said fine and was ready to leave and come back another time, but the front desk lady pressured me to stay, saying the visit would be free. I stayed, and all they did was put a cold Q-tip on my tooth and told me I needed a root canal.

I already knew that, so it wasn't much help. They scheduled appointments for the root canal, which I canceled because I want to go to a specialist who will actually do the job. They ended up filing a claim with my insurance for the same thing three times. Twice my insurance paid them, and the last time it was denied, so they sent me a bill to pay the remaining balance, which is completely wrong because the front desk said the visit was free. Not only did they commit insurance fraud, but they also want to take more of my money.

I don't recommend this place at all. One thing I have to say is that the doctor was really good, and I wish he worked at a better place.

The staff were awesome. Dr. Blocki was super professional! Ali is a perfectionist just like Dr. Blocki. This place were spotless with state of the art technologies … this hands down has been the best dental office experience in my almost 50 yrs on this earth. What an honest place.

Had a great appointment for a regular cleaning with the hygienist Sam ! He took great care to keep me comfortable and was giving me great tips on how to properly maintain my teeth. We spoke almost my entire cleaning about any questions or concerns I had about my oral hygiene.

They took my insurance no problem, took little to no time to check me in and get called to the back. I had never felt more comfortable with any other hygienist as I did with Sam! Next time I’m bringing my husband and children and requesting our cleanings be done by him !
