I went in for an emergency tooth and expected to just be given antibiotics to ease the pain but she told me she had time and pulled it for me. The quickest extraction I've ever had done. And I'm so relieved not to be in pain from it anymore.

Dentist and staff are very nice. Unfortunately the office communication is terrible. I called in December to tell them that I had broken a tooth and half of it was gone and was told that well,you have an appointment in February, but then somebody in the background said well you could work her in here and so a week later I did finally get to see the dentist. .

I’m going to need a crown and because I had a new insurance starting January 1 and I wasn’t having any issues we decided to wait until January to get it okayed. But I’ve heard nothing from the office except on January 8 I got a text telling me to remember about my appointment in February. I’ve called the office twice. First time left a message got no return call, and then called today, and I was first in the queue and still had to end up leaving a message and that was two hours ago and have not heard anything back🤦‍♀️

Everything about Ninth Street Dental was professional! I needed a cap on my tooth and besides waiting to be approved by my insurance company(I am very impatient )everything went smoothly. My cap looks and feels GREAT! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone that is considering dental work. I have been coming here for my 6 month checkup/cleaning also and love them 💕

Went to get abscess drained, was told to come back tomorrow. Mind you, this thing is the size of a golf ball. I have a life too. I just can’t take everyday off of work because you overbooked appointments. Do better! I was told emergency appointments don’t always get same day treatment.

Then, I don’t believe you can call it an emergency. You’re misleading people when you say emergency. It should be called a walk-in appointment.
