UPDATE: I must admit the appointment scheduling is extremely stressful here. Very long waits for appointments with zero flexibility or consideration for a full time working professional. I also live an hour away and work an hour away also. Today The dental office called me while I was at work less than an hour before my appointment and told me they had a cancellation and asked me if I could come early. I already had made them aware when I made the appointment that I would be working and I moved several jobs around so I would have the time to drive from Ann Arbor back to Rochester Hills to make my appointment.

I rushed over from Ann Arbor to arrive early at 10:45 for my 11AM appointment and I still am here waiting in the lobby and it is almost 11:15am and nobody has said anything to me. I still need to return back to work today, so stressful. The work is good , and affordable SO FAR, but I have concerns with pricing transparency also to be honest. The scheduling and customer service leaves something to be desired. Original review What a great experience today! I came in for a cleaning and an exam to get a treatment plan for my root canal and extraction.

I’ve never been treated so nice and with so much respect! I can’t picture myself going to any other dentist. Sheryl did my cleaning great! No judgment at all such a nice woman! Dr. Raya was also extremely nice and explained everything to me in great detail. Even the employees at the desk afterwards were very informative and polite!
