Been trying to get an abscess tooth fixed for 4 months. The first time I went in they gave me antibiotics and sent me home. Called to make an appointment again after pain had subsided was told walkin only. Had hip surgery and had to wait 2 months before I could do dental work. Called again and they said just walkin we'll get you looked at. Got there and she said I need a letter from my surgeon saying it's ok to do the work. I said why didn't you tell me this when I called. She also said I need to establish myself as a patient.

I said what have I been doing the past few times I came in. She started rudely talking over me and was surprised when I raised my voice. She said if you're going to be disrespectful you can leave. I left. Still dealing with the tooth pain. No help was available here.

I have bad panic attacks going to any dentist. I had an infection in my tooth which needed to get extracted. They got me in right away and did an awesome job!! The receptionist is very helpful and super nice. Dr.Cho and Ashley were rock stars!!! Ashley was very caring and talked me through my panic attack and Dr.Cho was so nice and made sure I was comfortable!!

Even worse then when La Clinical was here, getting ring arounds about care and options. The number of times you have to return for the same problem is ridiculous, and being referred to places that don't take insurance when you needed to come to them because of the insurance is horrible.

Absolutely horrible! I chipped a tooth, went into the dentist, 2 weeks ago in pain, they told me I can't get it fixed until this Monday now. I am in so much pain, I called 3 days in a row. Finally they called in a prescription for an antibiotic, and prescribed me a pain reliever that isn't covered by my insurance and was out of stock at the pharmacy. I called back explaining to them the situation and they refuse to prescribe me anything else for pain. They are the ones that have fixed this same tooth a handful of times and I keep having to go get it fixed again and again because they didn't do it right the 1st time and now they don't give a crap that I am in extreme pain because of it. I never ask for Anything Ever.

But they told me there is Nothing they can do. Last time I went in there and was literally 3 minutes late, the nurse yelled at me because I screwed up their schedule. Nothing like getting treated like crap because I am on disability. Shame on them. They do a terrible job.
