My fiance tried to give receptionist the details of the dentist's plan for treating a broken off tooth that needed extraction. . . very painful, and an infection. Receptionist kept talking over him and refused to listen or let him speak.

Never encountered someone so rude or uncaring in a professional healthcare setting. Because of him, he will not go back there and subject himself to someone so rude and lacking compassion, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect (especially while in such pain). We need more dental care that accepts Badgercare in the area, especially when facing a dental emergency. This receptionist deserves zero stars and not the 1 required to leave a comment.

Was able to get my son in pretty fast for a cleaning. Dr.Q was so amazing with him and told him he would check up on his teeth brushing the next day. He did just that! He is amazing with kids and made my sons day! That call even made him want to brush his teeth again! We came up with a treatment plan for a positive direction for my son. Will definitely go back and see him with all my kiddos.

Dr. Barta and staff are amazing 👏 My 7 year old has extreme anxiety about dental appointments. My son has sensory processing challenges and is in the process of being evaluated for autism. It's been a long process to see what works for him and what doesn't. We switched from Marshfield dental who pretty much refused to see my son because it was that bad. We have been working with the staff in Point and today my son had his first visit, after many, that actually went well.

They have been so patient in working with us to help my son become comfortable and I can't thank the staff enough for not giving up on him. First visit ever with not one single tear shed. That's progress! Couldn't have done it without Dr. Barta.

I have been calling the number listed for WEEKS trying to set up appts for my children and I with no luck!!! The call starts to ring, tells me how my feedback is important, then asks me if they've met my needs, and ask for a rating. .

. all without me ever getting to set up the appts!!! This is ridiculous and i NEVER had these issues under previous ownership!!! I had always been able to reach a receptionist!
