My wife and I go here and have been very happy with every aspect of the practice. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they listen to their patients. From getting help with the mess that insurance can be, to actually have work done, everyone does their best to make each experience we’ve had as painless as possible.

My husband had his 6 months cleaning on January 11,2024. At that time he pointed out a tooth that was giving him trouble. Mr. Noble said it definitely needed pulled however he was booked up till April 15, 2024. He was told if they had a cancellation they would call him. This appointment was on a Thursday and my husband saw no other patients being took care of at that time. The tooth gave him extreme pain all night.

So the next day (Friday) he called to get some help with it. No answer. Left several messages. No return call. Come to find out they only work Monday thru Thursday. Looks like if you’re booked up (?) you might need to be open on Friday to take care of patients in need. I ended up taking him to the emergency room on Sunday.

They gave him a strong antibiotic and he had to take Tylenol and ibuprofen together to get relief from the pain. We found another dentist who pulled it on Tuesday January 16, 2024 and she said it was full of infection. We finally heard from Nobles office ( April 11) wanting to confirm his April 15 appointment. A bad tooth with infection is very dangerous left untreated . Needless to say that appointment I canceled along with my appointment for my next cleaning. So if you just need a cleaning or expensive dental work and have insurance you might get in, however apparently in my opinion if you have a true dental problem good luck .

I am writing this review as someone who is quite nervous to go to the Dentist, however I am very pleased to say that Dr. Noble and his entire team were fantastic. They were kind, gentle and talkative in a way that made the entire experience comfortable.

Dr. Noble himself was an absolute delight, he kept me informed through the process and was very understanding of any fears I had. Overall, an excellent experience and I fully intend on returning for any dental needs! I couldn't recommend Noble Dental enough, especially if you are nervous like I was!
