One of the worse customer care I've received. When I walked into the office no one said hello or hi, all they asked for was our name. Then after telling them our name they continued on with their gossip and I understood the whole entire conversation that they were having and it was ridiculous to see how the staff valued gossip over customer care. Not only that after you get your teeth cleaned, they immediately get up and tell you that you can leave without giving us a chance to ask how our teeth were.

I will never go back no matter what. If your looking for a place that cares about you or at least value you as a person please go somewhere else.

I was treated very poorly at this office. Dr. Hanh T. Nguyen had an attitude so bad asking me why I came back there when first of all she referred me out for a tooth that she didn’t want to do and they contacted me about coming back there.

I had to ask her if she wanted me to leave because her attitude was so bad. Then I went to checkout and my card kept declining when I know the card was just fine. Either the bank didn’t respect the merchant or the machine had an issue but the bank app wasn’t even sending me notifications about the card even being ran. I told the lady that I need to go home and call back with another card number and she thought she could hold me there causing issue at the office like I can produce another card from nowhere.

It was so dramatic and crazy over $60. So I left but when I got to my car I found out how to view the virtual card and give them payment manually. There was so much drama at this place on this visit I would encourage you to try someplace else.

I went in for a tooth pain so called them about only for them to say it was just a checkup. I didn’t understand what they meant but i when the doctor came in he looked at my teeth for less than 5 minutes and said he recommended another doctor even though i said the pain was there.

Dr. Hanh Nguyen was so sweet and patient with my 80 year old mother. We got a quick appointment (next day) and the visit was very fast and efficient. She fixed my mother's issue quickly and painless. She took her time to explain everything to my mom in Vietnamese. I know that made her feel better. I highly recommend!
