When you find a good dentist, it's a blessing, I met Dr.Cuervo for the first time in a month, not only is her technique great, but she also kept a teeth(number 7) for me that has been determined to be extracted by other dentists, I have to drive to her clinic for two hours at a time, but I think it is worth it, her clinic is clean and bright, and all the staff are enthusiastic and dedicated

I made an appointment for my wife and myself as a new patient; and I needed to wait almost 3 months for it. Only my wife received the reminder message by text at 1:00 pm and the same day of the appointment she received another text for 1:30 pm this was confusing; so we was on our way to the dental office and the person on the phone told me that Dr. Cuervo can see on of us and reschedule for the the other. The person on the phone was trying to give me excuses about the appointment.

I told her to reschedule for both not one. I just simply hanged up the phone call. Dra Patricia Cuervo called me back the following day to apologize how was manage this issue and very gently and professional she gave us a soon appointment.
