i’m beyond upset. I have been going to north bridge dental since i was 15, i’ve recommended SO many people there over the years and Dr collin’s always did so good with the work, because i’ve had issues with my teeth my whole life. I’ve been going there for 5 years, and i had to cancel my dentist appointment today for an emergency and they said there would be a fee and i was perfectly okay with that and then we scheduled a different day. I get a call an hour later saying that they are dismissing me as a patient because ives cancelled same day 4 times.

IN THE COURSE OF 5 YEARS. How was i supposed to keep track of that? They never gave me a notice or even like a heads up, hey if you cancel your appointment today then you can’t come back. AND i usually have at least 1 appointment a month because that’s how bad my teeth are. To me that is crazy for not even giving me a notice because then in spite i still would’ve went to the appointment so that way I didn’t lose them.

I have medicaid so it’s hard to find GOOD places that take my insurance. I’m beyond disappointed and upset and wanted to warn anyone else who goes there to be careful canceling appointments.

It was my first visit after just moving to the area. It was a positive experience that could not have gone better. They were able to get me in earlier than expected due to a cancellation.

They were very knowledgeable and professional during the entire examination, Shared details of recommendations and options. I considered myself very lucky to have found them and will recommend them to others in the future.

I always have a great experience. Staff is professional and caring about the quality of their work. Staff also provided tips on how to improve my dental health. I’m very grateful that I found North Bridge Dental when I moved to the area a few years ago.
