I have never had such an awesome experience than the dental visit I had with these amazing people at this dentist office. I was first greeted with a smile from the receptionist, then Jennie, who was pleasant and polite, came and retrieved me from the waiting area for my visit with Dr. Albright. The tenderness of care that these professionals took with me was outstanding.

In addition, I was blessed with the charisma of Dr. Hooper as he also retrieved me from the waiting area and then performed his magic on me by filling a cavity. Not only did they treat me well but when it was all over and done Hunter and Dr. Albright improved my smile! :) Thanks to everyone who made this visit so special that I’m looking forward to seeing you guys again soon

I cannot think of one office who has consistently shown exceptional customer service more than Lane and Associates in Southern Pines. I utilize this office for dental and Orthodontics.

Every person has been welcoming, from the front desk, to the dental “side” and my absolute favorites, the ladies on the orthodontics side. It’s been 21 months and I’m so glad I chose to go with this location! Only a few months to go!!
