I went to get 3 teeth pulled out. The dentist never tilted the chair back to make me comfortable and he started to pain numbing in my mouth. Then he started to pull my teeth. He cut my lip and I was still sitting up all this time. I can't get them for malpractice because it's not big enough to fight the insurance company so now I want you to know that this dentist has no care in the world about you. He also almost pulled the wrong tooth. I am very unhappy with my service. If I could rate 0.

I would. I will not be going back. Most of the staff are not even Americans so they probably don't understand us anyways. I think they like to have there patients in pain. There are bad rating for this place. I should of looked at the rating again. Then they wonder why people don't go to dentist.

worst experience EVER !! mind you I've been coming here for all of my tooth inquiries. I continuously told the Asian dentist that I was not comfortable and I was not numb. He continued to pull on my tooth as I cried and THEN got frustrated with me and said he would not service me unless I was put to sleep. I strongly disagreed because I knew that it wasn't me and I didn't need to be put to sleep .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . I would never recommend.

I had been a patient here for about 20 years and it only took one visit with the NEW STAFF to make me leave. The old dentists have retired and took the caring, courteous and friendly staff with them. As a patient I did not feel cared for or cared about by the staff who would be performing my services. I felt as though they did not want to be bothered or cared for my concerns…and I came in because of a dental “emergency.

” The dental assistant pronounced my name incorrectly at least 3 times and when she spoke she spoke low, with a heavy accent in which I could barely hear her. The dentist told the assistant the results of my visit and then she mumbled something to me that I did not understand…. It took a minute for her to call the dentist back and then he went into mansplaining after I told him to talk to me about my health and don’t leave it up to someone I can’t even hear nevertheless understand. When asked about managing my pain I was told one thing and given something totally different.

They never asked if I was taking other medications but seemed to be off put when I told them I can not take nsaids. And that I usually take Tylenol products. I believe in building relationships with my care teams and this was not the way to introduce themselves as a new part of my team…. especially when I am coming in because of a dental emergency!
