The office was very unorganized when we got to the appointment telling us they had no X-rays or referral but we needed that prior to making an appointment. They said it needed to be resent by dentist, which was done. They then said they didn’t know which dentist was doing to Root Canal as none were assigned. They then took more X-rays and said no root canal was needed.

I was called a few days earlier and was told an amount for the charge of $100 for a root canal but instead got charged the $100 amount for X-rays, which copies of X-rays were already sent by the dentist. I do not think the X-rays should of been taken again, but my daughter is 20 and really didn’t know to question. It was just a circus all in a nutshell. Will never go back here again!

Great and professional staff, I received a call days before my appointment and they walked me through what to expect that’ll pay, when I got there the Dentist/ Endodontist was very professional and skilled at his job made me feel comfortable, I didn’t even feel the needle, went in for a Root Canal and I can honestly say i didn’t feel anything before or after thats how good of a job he did.

Oh and the Music they had playing were VIBES thats how i knew it would be smooth sailing! 10/10 experience

Very pleased with North Penn Endodontics from the front desk to the dentist all went very well. My only negative comment is that they don't give you 22 months in care credit, only 6 and it is an expensive procedure. My regular dentist gives you 12 months and my dental work right now is costing mucho bucks and inlije that can spread it out with zero interest.

All of the staff were very professional and courteous. Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained each step. Root Canal went fine and rather quick. If I need to ever go for future treatments this is the place.
