*DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST* They pulled my healthy tooth and charged me $500. When the whole week prior she kept saying You should have it pulled You should have pulled your insurance will cover and there’s no out of pocket for adjustments I asked her numerous times you’re certain my insurance WILL COVER !!!! Numerous times she said it is. The very second she got my healthy tooth out of my mouth she said “it’s $500 You can pay up front. ” No gauze. No pain prescription.

No directives for care. NOTHING!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL RUIN YOUR SMILE. If you value your smile DO NOT PATRONIZE NORTH POINT DENTAL ASSOCIATES They are scammers and WILL ruin your smile for money.

This practice of dentistry is confusing. My father came to them with a painful lower jaw tooth. Upon x-ray results, it was determined that "they could save the tooth by doing a crown. " This required a root canal of course. They asked for their fee and my dad paid it. After the procedure, the dental tech informed my dad that "the temporary crown may fall out. " So, that was questionable in itself. But, here is the worst part. It did fall out THAT NIGHT and he had to return again only for them to put the SAME tooth that my dad saved back in! Once his final crown was made he went back in to have it placed. The dentist could not get the temporary loose from my dads tooth that they had ground down to a post.

The dental tech began yanking on it. They pulled and pulled and yanked. When it did snap loose it cracked my dads tooth! This in turn prevented them from placing the final crown. So, now a problem that was suppose to be fixable has now become the dentist saying "he cant do anything else but put the old temporary back in and to see the owner of the practice. " It was so disappointing because once again the temporary fell back out after aa few days. Now we call and meet with the owner of the practice. He tells my dad that he can do a "bridge. " This would cover the existing tooth that was ground down to a post and also the gap after that one. To the tune of $5000. 00.

However, he would deduct what my dad had already paid which was approx $2100. 00 BUT if my dad did not want to go with the the bridge he would refund my dad the money he paid for the crown since it would not work and the only other option was now an extraction. My Dad told him he needed to think about the bridge. That week my dad told him he would just take the refund and go somewhere else. All of sudden, the refund offer was no longer an option. We have tried multiple times to contact the owner again to no avail. Terrible practice.

I have had the BEST experience I wish I could give 5000000 stars. From the front desk girls, to the dental hygienists/assistants, to Dr Tom and Dr T! i have been soooo nervous to go back to the dentist after years and they have made me feel amazing. Always make sure I’m comfortable and numb.

I have had a deep cleaning, cavities filled and a tooth saved that was almost a root canal but ended up being a deep filling with absolutely NO pain at all- During or after! I am so grateful to have found a place that actually cares about you and making you feel comfortable. Will recommend to everyone I know!!! Thank you for changing my smile and making me love it again!!!!

I went here years ago. First, my teenage son had a root canal and the crown fell off 2 days later. They ended pulling the tooth. Second, I went for my first teeth cleaning (my teeth were always clean and bright): the new person ground down my teeth and destroyed my enamel.

I've since had several teeth pulled because they could never be in the same condition before that damage. At that time, no lawyers would take that type of case. I absolutely detest that place.
