I've had an amazing experience with Dr. Chen and her team with the results in my orthodontic treatment. I was initially hesitant about needing both braces and Invisalign, but Dr. Chen and the team made the process incredibly smooth and reassuring.

They explained in detail why a hybrid treatment would be best for achieving the results I wanted, and I appreciated how they tailored everything specifically to my needs. My son just got his braces on Wednesday, and Evelyn helped to prep him and also go through all the ins/outs of caring for his braces. He said she was very kind to him and very helpful. He really enjoyed working with her. Dr Chen & the rest of the office staff is great.

My son was given a full kit to help with caring for his braces (it includes everything you need!!), along with a new water pick. He was also given a $10 Starbucks gift card. :) It really was so nice and impressive.

The office is bright, clean, and supplied with the newest technology. Dr. Chen is patient and thorough. For the time she spent with me, I would expect to pay at least double what she charged. The support staff assisted me with scheduling an appointment same-day, billing was simple, and hygienists were friendly.

Grateful to have found; def a hidden gem - will be back and recommend to my family/friends. P. S. Noticed she allows parents into the back room while she is working on their children - seemed more than happy/willing to field any of their questions; greatly admired/appreciated!
