Dr. Alex Montazem is So So So nice and he is trustworthy. Did awesome job with my wisdom teeth removal and I was made to feel comfortable. I have anxiety and his waiting room plays funny public videos of patients after they get out of surgery.

His assistant Tiffany really went above and beyond. She is also very great! I felt like I was in the best hands because Dr. Alex Montazem is an expert in his line of work and very accommodating.

I needed a lot of work done when I started coming here & I'm almost done with a full mouth full of beautiful teeth. I cannot thank everyone at this office enough.

I have been recommending Dr. Montazem to everyone who needs any oral surgery & I will continue to do so. Any time I need an oral surgeon in the future I will be coming here. This office is the best & has the best!

THE RECEPTIONIST IS VERY RUDE. I don’t usually write reviews but I had such an awful experience with the receptionist i feel I need to warn others. I was referred here by my dentist for an oral consultation. I had went there with my mom and my she tried telling the receptionist that she can’t send a request to the insurance during the month of July because my insurance is suspended the entire month and will reopen in august. The receptionist seemed very impatient and kept interrupting not letting my mom explain. Then after two-three weeks we received a mail saying that insurance has wisdom teeth surgery has been denied. And I knew this was because the receptionist had requested the surgery in the month of July even though WE HAD TOLD THEM NOT TOO BEFOREHAND . I then had to call the receptionist telling her that i recieved a mail saying that my insurance that has been denied. I could tell it was the same girl because she sounded annoyed and irritated.

She said that it was denied because my insurance wasn’t active and would be active in august. THEN WHY DID YOU REQUEST IT IF YOU KNEW IT WAS GOING TO GET DENIED? I was flabbergasted by such awful attitude and asked her if she could request it again since my insurance would be open in a few days. She again responded annoyed and said she would. After waiting an another two weeks. I received another letter from the insurance company. AND LORD AND BEHOLD THE REQUEST HAS BEEN DENIED AGAIN. I couldn’t believe my eyes, it said that they did not attach a referral from the dentist. I then called my dentist and asked them if they i had an active referral and the woman kindly said that I did and should contact the Oral Surgeon again. I then begrudgingly called the oral place and OF COURSE IT WAS THE SAME RECEPTIONIST.

she responded that she was busy and would contact me later. SHE WAS PROBABLY TOO EMBARRASSED TO TALK TO ME DIRECTLY BECAUSE THIS WAS ENTIRELY HER FAULT FOR NOT ATTACHING THE REFERRAL. And then finally she texted my mom saying that I can finally schedule for the wisdom teeth removal surgery. BY NOW IT IS A TWO WEEKS BAFORE SCHOOL. AND MY APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED ONE WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL. And if the receptionist didn’t mess up several time I wouldn’t have to be in such a tight situation. With barely a week left Before school i hopefully recover in time for school. AND THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE INTERACTION WITH THE RECEPTIONIST SHE NEVER ONE TIME APOLOGIZED.
