I needed a molar extraction, sinus lift, and bone graft. I was not sure who I would hire in Toronto to do the job. I met the Treatment Coordinator, Bessie, online from the North York Smile Center website. She was a professional. Knows her stuff. Answered all my questions over weeks. I met the Dr James Ko for a "hello" visit.

He explained everything in more detail. I felt I was in good hands. The operation went way better and easier than I had imagined. Dr Ko, Bessie and the whole team was wonderful and knowledgeable professionals and they have a client in me for years to come. Highly recommended.

I recently started going to North York Smile because my trusted dental hygienist, Lucy, relocated there—and I had to follow! I’ve been seeing Lucy for many years and absolutely refuse to go to anyone else. She is incredibly detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything. My teeth feel spotless after every visit with her. I also had two root canal crowns redone by Dr. Jesin, after being unhappy with the work done by a previous dentist.
