I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication at this dental office. I called to confirm an appointment and specifically asked twice if it would be free under my CDCP coverage. The receptionist clearly told me both times that there would be no cost. She even asked me to release my panoramic X-ray, which I did, and again confirmed that seeing the doctor would be free.

An hour later, I received another call telling me that the appointment would not be free after all. It’s clear the reception staff don’t fully understand the insurance plans they are dealing with, and I feel misled. This kind of confusion and misinformation wastes patients’ time and damages trust.

I called June 11 booked appointment for a first visit..somehow the file got lost and they didn't have my appointment in the computer YET STILL managed to squeeze me in and everyone was so polite kind explaining absolutely everything along the way. By far a really good class act dental facility!! I give them 10 out of 10!

Dr K is the best dentist I've ever had ! After years of horrible experiences, so amazing to find him and his staff. Cannot say enough about them. Felt like part of a family by the time I was leaving. Gentle and painless.

Excellent after care advice. Special acknowledgement to Dhonna !! She is priceless to have on your team!! She is very caring and knowledgeable. Bringing my whole family to them for all of their dental needs.
