Have been very impressed with this dental office. Up to date on latest technology, timely, sensitive, and offer chocolate mint polish to clean your teeth. Had an emergency with a grand child, didn't end up needing to come in, but Dr Hayhurst said come in we'll see her right away! Most comfortable dental care we've ever experienced!! Had appts for almost a year and they tell me a day before that the stopped accepting our insurance. Now all three of my kids are a year without a cleaning. The office couldn't get them in with in six months so we had to schedule a year out. Now we have to find a whole different dentist. Honestly I didn't think it was very good dental care in the first place so I guess they did me a favor.

I had two cavities right after I got my wisdom teeth out, I told the girl at the front that when making my appt. to get them taken care of, she said they have an open spot 2 weeks after my surgery. I asked her if my mouth would be good by then, to do the cavities and she said everyone's different but I will be good. I get to the appt. and the dentist told me he could only do one cavity due to the open gums from surgery (what i was worried about) and I would have to come back in a month for the other cavity and my cleaning.
Mind you, I drove 8 hours roundtrip for these appts. I get there and they didn't even do the cavity, just the cleaning. Dentist told me I had a Cavity (the cavity they already told me 2 months prior) and that I will have to come in again and get it done. I left the dentist and found one closer to me now. I don't recommend.
I even told them about my worries and they told me to stop worrying and reading the internet. Never took me seriously unless I was with my mom, and didn't treat me like the adult I am. Now I have an abscess due to the neglect of that cavity and probably need a root canal.

I used to have so much respect and love for this place. My boyfriend went in the other day, he has 4 teeth that need to be pulled but one in general is really bad and he's been in extreme. Pain. He let the dentist know that his paycheck would hit soon but he didn't have it yet ( he was paying out of pocket) dentist got all weird and goes well we have been burned a lot we need the money up front. Granted I understand from a business standpoint where there coming from but they couldn't wait an hour? By the time his tooth would have been pulled he would have had the money.
So my boyfriend opted to wait and the next available appointment they had was in November. . . He is still in excruciating pain. So we paid $150 for the thing we already knew and no help for pain.
My boyfriend made a appointment with a different dentist to finally have it pulled. It's sad that they were so greedy at that appointment, and honestly changed their whole tone when he said his check was late but he'd still be paying that day. So they cared more about that than the comfort of their patient.
