Great service! The hygienist and the dentist kept me updated throughout my procedure. They went over every detail and answered all my questions. The front desk ladies are also wonderful. They are always so funny and polite. Love laughing with them.

I’ve had awful experiences with other dental offices in the past. My teeth aren’t perfect and I’m embarrassed about them. However, this team and Dr. Sullivan were AMAZING. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The doctor himself is very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I highly recommend this place.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My first visit at this dentist and I don’t even know where to start. Let’s begin with the number of phone calls. They called a lot to ask me to come in because of cancellations; 5 calls to be exact. But fine, you have a cancellation- no problem. It’s not against the law to call clients… However; I said no and that I picked my appointment day for a reason and still received the calls. Anyways, when I initially called I had mentioned my insurance and the receptionist I spoke with said under my insurance my exam should be covered. This is important to note.

Come to my visit - The hygienist was a bit of a bully the entire time and when I asked about anything or repeated anything she had said- it was an auto defence. I’m so not used to the confrontation; so I wasn’t sure how to react. She literally at one point rolled her chair directly in front of me and said “I feel like we have a problem here and I’m trying to explain something” and confronted me while I sat there shocked. All I know is I didn’t feel comfortable with the way she spoke. The dentist himself was really nice and very honest about what he saw with my exam and gave some great action steps. But the whole interaction outside of the discussion with the dentist - was very uncomfortable. Then I went to settle my bill expecting not pay anything - but the receptions told Me my total and when I questioned it she said my limit exceeded under my insurance , but when I had asked about this on the phone originally and they said I should be fine - I expected it to be covered. If there was any doubt it wouldn’t have been - this should have been mentioned in the first place.

Period! So I paid after some insurance coverage $180 just to have one of the most awkward and uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. Then the receptionist blamed it on the fact that I am probably used to Toronto dentists and that places like Innisfil dentists don’t cover the “co-pay” - I’ve never heard this in my life. I cancelled my next appointment on the spot. I’m so upset and confused by the whole thing and I will never go back. I’m sad because the dentist was actually super nice and really seemed like he knew what he was doing. I don’t recommend though just from the overall experience. You’re not paying for quality assistance here.
