All around 5 stars. I think it was Jennie who even made sure parking instructions were as clear as possible - it is all of those seemingly small/basic details that set them apart. Dr Carlos is the GOAT and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my periodontic care. Thank you all for being wonderful and great at what you do!

I’ve had numerous dental procedures over the years, but my experience with Dr. Gouldin and Northern Virginia Periodontics was by far the best. After a traumatizing experience at my last procedure in Louisiana, Dr. Gouldin and his team went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and make sure I felt comfortable with the plans. Not only did they provide amazing care and support, but Dr.

Gouldin also did a fantastic job on the gum graft itself. The before and after photos were remarkable. I would highly recommend Dr. Gouldin and his office for any dental care you need!

I can not say enough good things about Northern Virginia Periodontics in Old Town. The constant themes throughout the experiece weres professionalism, expertise, and patient focussed care. This starts the moment you walk into their offices; clean, modern, and esthetically upscale. Then you meet the staff. Professional, outgoing, and engaging they make you feel welcomed and at ease the moment you meet them. I have to specifically acknowlge Jennie who oversees the scheduling and handles most of the patient engagement outside of the actual procedures. She is wonderful. Now to the actual periodontic work.

Dr. Gohel is an all-star. Highly educated and experieced, smart, engaging with a fantasic chairside manner, that makes a patient feel at ease. He goes out of his way to explain the dental condition or situation, his recommended treatment, in my case a gum grapht, and what to expect from the procedure and post procedure. And everything transpired and heeled as he said. While he is the doctor, he goes out of his way to empower the patient to feel they have an important say in their own care. It is very obvious from his style and interaction that he cares very much for his patients and wants them to get the most benefit from the care provided by entire NVP team. In closing I wish I had a better memory for names because I feel I am doing a disservice not mentioning each of the techs and assistants who were there at each appointment and throughout the procedure.

They were all absolutley amazing. I highly recomment Northern Virginia Periodntics in Old Town without any resevation. Especailly Dr. Gohel. While I hope I am not in need of any further periodontic work, should I need it NVP will be my first call.
