Work was fine but the billing never ends. We paid at the time. We paid more a month later. Then a month after that, we got another bill. So far, one tooth has cost several thousand dollars with no clear end in site, yikes.

My first root canal, which was an emergency on my first day of family vacation from LA. Staff here and Dr. Sarram were wonderful. They explained my options, were compassionate and totally professional.

They worked really hard to get me treated and finished so that I could enjoy my trip. Nobody "likes" getting a root canal, but look, bring your earbuds and settle into treatment, fix the problem, get better and thrive! My only regret is that the next time I need endodontic treatment, I'll be at home and won't have Northgate available.

I have had several root canals, and this place is the best HANDS DOWN. I wish they did more than root canals because I would love to use them as my general dentist. Dr. Ball is a master at getting your mouth numb. I seriously have never had a better experience with a shot; I barely felt it at all! They even accommodated my request for nitrous oxide for anxiety (I hate dental work!).

Dr. Ball was also incredibly meticulous. He has the latest and great technology (including a microscope, a must for any root canal) and spent all the time necessary to get the job done RIGHT. He really cares about doing a thorough careful job, and it shows. He made sure even the tiniest branches of my root were properly cleaned out and treated, so that they didn't cause problems later.

Then he spent plenty of time with me explaining what he had done, what to expect, and what to watch out for. Dr. Ball's assistants were great, and the front desk staff was easy to work with. I would highly recommend Northgate Endodontics to anyone who needs a root canal.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Northgate Endodontics. Dr. Soriano took her time to thoroughly explain my situation to me and educate me on the root-canal process. She even followed up several times over the phone pre- and post-treatment to make sure I was doing okay. It's rare to find a doctor who goes the extra mile to let you know they care — I was lucky to find that quality in Dr. Soriano.

The entire staff here is just as wonderful. They immediately put you at ease, make sure you're comfortable the whole way, and follow up to make sure you're informed about your appointment, treatment, and expenses. I hope I never have to get another root canal, but if I do, I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Soriano and the Northgate Endo team!
