I've been waiting for a answer back from Ashley on why she switched my prescription from 21 days to 10 days after she told me that she was prescribing me the full treatment as I was bite by a deer tick, and also mentioned I was interested in hot tub for my back pain she obviously didn't listen to well & signs me up for physical therapy? Physical therapy doesn't help a cyst pushing on my spinal cord! & Who ever the manager is some Sammie or cammi has not called me back to explain why Ashley preaches to me about 21 days of treatment then does 10 sure hope my Lyme desease test is negative in a few months, goes to show no one there cares enough to call u back when you have a good question or concerns, still want to know but it's just easier to avoid the questions!!! And why switch my prescription when I'm on my way to pick it up and no explanation for the pharmacist? How inappropriate is that not to tell me the customer, maybe the owner of the business can call me back with my answers!

*Dental department * This place is horrible! They have canceled every appointment and rescheduled(not cleanings only true appt that are needed) that I’ve had now for the past year at least and are not professional at all. I got a call 1 hour before my appt time this current time and told me the next time I could come in.

This place needs to figure out there job and priority for patients this isn’t ok. If I could give a 0 rating I definitely would!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Josie Runyan’s chiropractic care. While I have always been in good hands with any chiropractic care I have received through NorthLakes Clinic, I want to give a special mention to Dr. Josie. She is very attentive to what I have to say and understanding to what I am describing.

I can understand why someone may be uncomfortable with idea of having another person put pressure on your neck and back, but Dr. Josie has always been very gentle while applying any pressure necessary. And her hands are always warm! Her office and presence are very calming and she quickly puts me at ease. The last year and a half have been overwhelming for me both physically and emotionally. Her care has consistently brought me relief physically as I needed it, but she also considers and cares for my emotionally wellbeing at the same time.

There have been visits where I have left her office with a sense of calm and peace that I did not enter with. I am grateful to be able to put my care in her hands.

Let me tell you about the miracle worker at North Lakes clinic! Dr. Jose!!! When I first started I could hardly make , what seemed like a mile, walk to Dr. J’s office. My pain level was a consistent 10. I am a73 year old woman who had all but given up. Everything was a painful process for me to do.

Slowly I stoped doing most everything for myself. Depression and feeling worthless was really bad. Then… the Miracle happened!! Dr. Jose was able to see what was wrong immediately and gave me the first relief I’ve had in a long time. I remember getting tears and I kinda startled the poor girl when I grabed her and gave her a big hug. I walked out of there almost standing straight! As I have continued in her care My life is back! I’m back to doing for myself! Cutting grass, washing windows, cooking, etc.

I even can horse around with my grandkids again. I was seeing a pain specialist for about a year before Dr. Jose…. what a waste of a year. She is amazing, kind, gentle, caring woman! Always lets me know what’s she’s going to do ahead of time. God Bless you Josie Miracle!! All my thanks, forever! Linda Olson
